The concept

A glossary works when it changes the way a document is read. A useful explanation separates the object, the claim and the evidence. We write for readers who want the vocabulary to question a document without needing a product ranking.

A distinction worth keeping

A technical term explained with more unexplained technical terms creates a closed loop. Use the term to ask a more precise question of the document. Identify who is speaking, which object is being described and what observation would be needed to go further. A clearer definition should reduce ambiguity without pretending to resolve the underlying facts.

Put it into practice

Give a plain description and a specific reading question. Keep the question, the source reference and the remaining limitation together so that a later reader can reconstruct the reasoning. This article is an editorial documentation exercise; it does not report a physical device test or assign a product score.

Record boundary

This article belongs to our public-source documentation collection. It does not certify a device, provide personal product advice or report physical measurements.
